{New Adventure}
It's exactly 4:29am here in Singapore. im at work and blogging ='> i know,i know but it's better than falling asleep while at work right?after all what are you gonna do at this time when no calls are coming in and you just have to wait for the right time to call guest for their wakeup call. Oh, btw im working for Crowne Plaza now ,here in SG. Im a communicaiton center agent, well that's just a better name really for a "telephone operator" but then i couldn't care less. I like it here so far, i get to do something more than just answering calls. Well, since this is a Airport hotel there are a lot of transit guest so as a part of my job i need to manually give them wakeup calls so they would not miss their flight, its a lot of work haha well being the graveyard shift is a lot of work{damn reports}. Btw, its not just wake up calls that im incharge of, since SG is a multiracial country there are a lot of people in other departments who does not speak english and so we also need to take down whatever the guest wants and then we have this system called "escap" where we put in the requests.
It's actually nice for a change, since i have been in the food and beverage department since day 1 of my internship, this is a very nice way of learning about the front office. And also the fact that i think FnB in SG sucks. #justsayingsorry
I figured this is a nice way to blog aobut what my life is going to be here in SG, i had so much fun in the US, which btw was my first adventure, but unfortunately i was not able to have any hardcopy of the memories except for some pictures. It still feels different when you actually write about it, explain every detail of what a wonderful experience it is. So for this new adventure, i just hope i can put into words all the experience i would have here. After all, 2years is not a joke, i know a lot of things will happen, so far everything is going good lets just hope it continues to be this way.
